This has probably been one of my most time consuming and one of my most expensive costumes, but it was well worth all the time and money. A lot of the fabrics were hand painted for the cloak and skirts, lots of beading, fringes and feathers were also added to this outfit. Won Anime Central 2009 Merit Award
