It was Roma Comics and Games 2012 !
With the beautifull days of spring, we decided to visit our italians friends in Roma for the event Roma Comics and Games 2012.
Tintin was your reporter there ! Trunks (Leon Chiro) was the guide, driving his capsule car with Scorpion (Gianmarco Shogun) we arrived together at the Palalottomatica to meet Jade (Michela), Vergil (Coby) and Red Ranger (Andrea Starchild).

All together inside and outside of a big concert building, we took our time to visit the place. Outside all the cosplayers were making their show to the photographers and the public. Inside were a lot of shops and associtations, selling goodies, toys, and playing togethers to many games.
On the 3 days of the expo : from saturday the 3rd to sunday the 4th, many cosplay contests happened.
Our friends compete to many of them. The level was very good !
On saturday, for the King and Queen of cosplay, Trunks and Cyborg 18 as a couple, compete with great competitors, likes Dinsey Princesses, Halo soldiers, Tigerman ... But the victory was claimed by a great performance of a Sweeny Todd song.

On sunday Tintin changes his outfit to be Stryker with the italian team of Mortal Kombat 9, including Sub-Zero (Leon), Scorpion (Gianma), Jade (Miki) and Raiden (Coby). The preparation for that event was kind of strong. Hours of training, fight and sound track synchronisation... We even had Kung Lao with us ! Leon as a leader was very exigent. But thanks to him we had a great moment all together on the stage.
All the others competitors (around 30 groups) were very good and the waiting for the results were long. During this time, the winners were elected one by one. Andrea was called has the best originality cosplay with his Evil Red Ranger cosplay and he really deserved this ! And finally for the last and best trophy : best group of Roma Comics, they called us, the Mortal Kombat 9 group... It was a great moment of happiness for all of us, and particularly because on this day, we all won together.
Back as Tintin, I can say that the most important thing on that expo was that I discovered, in a nice place during beautifull days, a lot of great cosplayers : Eyes on me, the incredible Step, Alexa, Giorgia, Lightning, Manuel d'Andrea and many others ... and many nice people like the photographers : Walter Pellegrini, Mario Denti and Noriyuki ... Thanks also to PK photographer !
