Paris Cosplay
On December 17th and 18th of this year took place the first edition of Paris Cosplay, in Paris (France). It was not rare to cross our heroes Christmas version!

In spite of the reduced size of the convention, it was possible for each to spend a good weekend, in the Japanese atmosphere. To vary the pleasures, it was possible to do several activities. There were some stands of creations, a stand of make-up and hairstyle, and also goodies for sales, as usually. To have fun, DDR and Dance Central were available for everyone. The negative point which will have marked our spirits is the main stage, on which took place cosplay competition. It was too low, and the public didn't has enough drop: it was then impossible to follow these animations, even by having only few persons in front of us.
In spite of the fact that Paris Cosplay was rather small, its positive sides were not unimportant. Indeed, changing rooms equipped with hairdressers were at measure of everyone, cosplayeur or not. They were not guarded, but so each could put down his bags, or the other cumbersome effects, and get ready quietly in front of mirrors free of access. The most popular stands were photo spaces! Paris Cosplay counted a professional stand and one the other free. The outside space also was the opportunity for the photographers to organize shooting with cosplayers solo or in group.

A second edition of Paris Cosplay is planned. We hope that the festival can get bigger, correct its small defects, and especially, that it will count more visitors for more success still!
